Anna Wintour, now the Editor in Chief of Vogue, was the editor on the shoot. She really wanted to work with the late, the exceptional, photographer Chris von Wagenheim.

But I was foisted upon her by Viva's publisher. My photo approach never had the "edge" to it that Chris' had.
